Request a CDI-Marine Ship Inspection

To submit a new inspection request, please login with your Ship Operator account.

New Ship Operators who are not registered with CDI, will be invited to contact the CDI Ship Inspection Department for the required Annex B agreement and registration form, in order to register their fleet with CDI and be issued with a user name and password.
